Phoenix Tech Corridor

Phoenix Tech Relocation,
Done Right.

A top 1% Arizona team that helps tech professionals relocate to the Phoenix corridor. TSMC, Intel, Northrop, ASML, Honeywell. We know the school maps, the commute corridors, and the build-versus-buy math.

A Full-Service Phoenix Team
That Knows the Tech Corridor

CF Team is a full-service Phoenix Metro real estate team. We help every kind of buyer and seller across the Valley. We are not a tech-only specialist. But the corridor running from north Phoenix down through Chandler is one of our most active markets, and we have helped enough TSMC, Intel, Northrop, ASML, and Honeywell families relocate that we have the playbook down.

If you are relocating for a tech role, you are usually balancing a tight start date, a relocation package with timing strings attached, and a search for a city you have probably only visited once. We help clients land softly. School districts, commute corridors, build versus buy tradeoffs, and how to time the offer against your sign-on bonus.

Relocating from California, Texas, the Midwest, or overseas? We have closed buyers from all of them. Same team, same standards.

How We Help
Tech Relocators

Corridor-Aware Search

TSMC is in north Phoenix at the Loop 303. Intel is in south Chandler. We narrow your search to neighborhoods that commute well to your specific campus, not just generic Phoenix.

Relocation Package Coordination

We work with relocation firms like Cartus, SIRVA, and Graebel and we know what is and is not reimbursable, how home buying assistance works, and how to time the offer to align with your relocation benefit windows.

School District Mapping

School quality varies sharply street to street in the Valley. We pull current district maps, A-rated charter options, and feeder school data before showing homes, not after.

Build vs Buy Math

New construction is everywhere in the corridor but timelines and incentives vary widely. We will run the math on builder incentives versus resale upgrades and help you decide which is actually the better deal.

Out-of-State Buyer Process

We do video walkthroughs, electronic signing, and remote inspections. Many of our tech clients close on a home in Phoenix before ever stepping foot in Arizona.

Investor and Rent-Back Options

If your start date is far out or your old home has not sold, we can structure rent-backs, find short-term housing options, or help you target a property that doubles as a future rental.

Where Tech Workers
Are Buying

The corridor splits roughly into a north end (TSMC, Honeywell, ASML, Carvana) and a south end (Intel Ocotillo, Northrop, PayPal, GoDaddy). Where you buy depends mostly on where you work.

North Phoenix & Cave Creek (TSMC corridor)

Norterra, Tatum Ranch, Anthem, Desert Ridge, Fireside, and Cave Creek. 600K to 1.5M with strong family appeal and quick commutes to TSMC.

North Scottsdale (TSMC and luxury)

Grayhawk, DC Ranch, Troon, McDowell Mountain Ranch. Higher end with great schools, golf, and trail access. 800K to 3M.

Chandler & Gilbert (Intel corridor)

Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch, Seville, Power Ranch. Top schools, modern master plans, and 30-minute commutes to Intel Ocotillo. 550K to 1.2M.

Tempe & Ahwatukee (corridor center)

Walkable to ASU, light rail, and central to both ends of the corridor. Mix of established neighborhoods and condos from the 500s to 1M.

Common
Questions

Do you have experience with relocation packages from TSMC, Intel, or Northrop?

Yes. We work with the relocation management companies these employers use and we coordinate around their timelines, reimbursement caps, and home buying assistance programs.

Should I rent first or buy right away?

It depends. If your role and Phoenix base are confirmed for at least 3 to 5 years, buying typically wins on long-term cost in this market. We will run the rent-versus-buy math honestly with you before you commit.

Which areas have the best schools for tech families?

Chandler Unified, Higley Unified, Scottsdale Unified, Cave Creek Unified, and parts of Kyrene Elementary all rate among the top public districts in the state. We will narrow further based on your specific home address.

Can you help if I am moving from California or out of state?

Yes. The majority of our tech relocation clients buy sight unseen with our help. We do video walkthroughs, neighborhood drives on FaceTime, and run inspections on your behalf.

Do tech workers tend to buy resale or new construction?

Both. Resale homes in Chandler, Gilbert, and Scottsdale offer mature landscaping and faster move-in. New construction in north Phoenix and Queen Creek often comes with builder incentives but longer timelines. We help you choose.
